A entrega dos prêmios ocorre no dia 27 de setembro e fãs podem votar por meio do site da premiação
O Video Music Awards (VMA), premiação que prestigia os melhores videoclipes do ano, está chegando. Na manhã desta terça-feira (18 de agosto), a MTV anunciou os indicados para a 42ª edição do prêmio. O grande destaque deste ano é Madonna, que conquistou 11 nomeações com seu disco Confessions II. Logo atrás, aparece Taylor Swift, com nove indicações pelo álbum The Life of a Show Girl.
A cerimônia de entrega dos prêmios acontece no dia 27 de setembro e será transmitida pela MTV. Os fãs dos artistas indicados poderão votar nas principais categorias por meio do site oficial do VMA.
Na principal categoria, “Vídeo do Ano”, os indicados são Ariana Grande, com “Hate That I Made You Love Me”; Bruno Mars, com “I Just Might”; GENER8ION, com “Storm Starring Yung Lean”; Madonna, com o filme de Confessions II; Sabrina Carpenter, com “Tears”; e Taylor Swift, com o hit “The Fate of Ophelia”.
Outro destaque é a brasileira Anitta, que aparece na categoria “Melhor Música Latina” com “Choka Choka“, parceria com Shakira. A carioca concorre ao prêmio com Bad Bunny, com a canção “NUEVAYoL“, Karol G com “Papasito”, e Shakira com o hit que embalou Copa do Mundo, “Dai Dai”.
